The two Volumes contain over 500 high-resolution grayscale TIFF images, suitable for use in any image editing program, such as Adobe Photoshop.

Each image set has been hand-printed on a relief proofing press in a progressive dark-to-light series using textured printmaking paper. Many sets also include experimental alternates (distressed, scratched, or solvent spritzed prints).

All images have been corrected and optimized; and each TIFF contains two layers: a white base; and a top layer with the grayscale letters or shapes with full 8-bit transparency.

DOWNLOADING: Due to the size of these image files (almost 10GB), you will receive separate download links approximately 30 minutes after you order (during our Chicago office hours). You can choose which image groups to download first, so you can start working before the whole set is downloaded.

IMPORTANT NOTE: These are NOT keyable fonts, they are raster images. Each letterform or shape will need to be hand set and composed... just as is intended with real Wood Type!
